Nothing on this website is a guarantee that a particular key can be produced or programmed for a particular vehicle. Support depends on the make, model, year and security system, and is confirmed only when we quote against your specific vehicle.

Quotes are given on the basis of the information you provide. If the vehicle or the situation turns out to be materially different on arrival, the price may change, and we will tell you before continuing.

Proof of entitlement

We will not open a vehicle or produce keys for it without satisfactory identification and evidence that you are entitled to the vehicle. We may decline work where this cannot be provided.

Vehicle entry

We use non-destructive entry methods wherever the vehicle allows. Where a risk of damage exists, this will be explained and your agreement obtained before proceeding.

These terms will be updated as the business's arrangements are confirmed, including formal company details and cancellation terms once supplied.
